Cenotes Casa Tortuga is located 11 km from Tulum, and offers access to cenotes from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Akumal is 15 km away and guests have free Wi-Fi and free parking. The hotel is divided into different areas depending on the room type selected in the reservation. If you have any questions about your room's location, please contact us before booking. The property is located in the middle of the jungle. Guests are advised to arrive by car, especially if they need to go to convenience stores, restaurants outside the property, or travel the 600 meters from the hotel to the cenote park. The restaurants do not provide room service; however, we do have a 24-hour reception. The area is popular for swimming, snorkeling, zip-lining, and kayaking. Cancun International Airport is 110 km away, and Tulum International Airport is 54 km away.
