Deco Beach is a 5 unit boutique condo located on the beach in Chelem Yucatan, MX. Villa 1 is a ground floor unit with direct access to the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living area have accordion glass doors to open the entire villa to the beachfront terrace. The Gulf of Mexico is just a few steps from the terrace where you can swim, rent a paddle board or kayak for your adventure in Mexico. There is also a filtered pool in the courtyard and many options for lounging around the pool and gardens.
Inside Villa 1 you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with one guest bathroom, a guest bedroom and primary beachfront bedroom with ensuite tub and shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator and all the tools you need if you choose to cook.
We are local realtors and have lived in the area for over 10 years. Villa 1 was our home for several years until we completed our new home nearby. We have great contacts for local adventures, restaurant, beach toy and car rentals. We are happy to help you make the most of your vacation, just ask!
Deco Beach condos are located beachfront 8 blocks from the center of Chelem. Chelem is a small fishing village just 40 kms. north of Merida, MX. The village has a couple of small grocery stores and many little cafes, bars and restaurants. If you want to check out Merida it is just about 40 minutes away.
