Guests can enjoy an American breakfast at Ixhi eco hotel with spectacular views over Lake Patzcuaro. The hotel uses sources of renewable energy and is built with local materials. Eco hotel Ixhi’s rooms are painted in bright colours and feature Mexican decorative details. All have heating, cable TV and private bathrooms with amenities. Free Wi-fi is available. Ixhi’s restaurant serves home-made regional Mexican dishes, as well as some international food, and uses organic ingredients where possible. The hotel offers therapeutic massages and excursions to nearby villages. Guests can book local tours and activities through the hotel, including horse riding, cycling and hiking. A pick-up service is available from the Morelia international airport and the Zirahuén or Morelia bus terminals.
