Luxurious studio with private terrace in a practically new building located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, a few steps from the Caribbean Sea and the famous Fifth Avenue.
The new building has 2 outdoor swimming pools (ground floor and roof), gym, children's playroom, business center, among other amenities. You will be 500 meters from the beach, 300 meters from the 5th avenue and 100 meters from the fifth joy square.
