If the guest is 15 minutes late after checkout, 3 extra days will be charged.
Any non-compliance will have an additional cost for deep cleaning.
Unforeseen events in services such as electricity, water, internet, pool or other services are beyond our control. We will not make compensation for such unforeseen events
