The name of the credit card holder used for payment must match the name of one of the guests listed on the reservation. Upon check-in, the same credit card and an official ID must be presented. Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in at the hotel.
Payments are not accepted at the hotel. Unpaid reservations will be cancelled prior to arrival. If an invoice is requested, it will be issued by HOTELERA PLAYA LITIBU SA DE CV, based in Mexico.
