The Hotel Parque Mexico does not allow children.
During check in, property will request a deposit of $ 2,000 MXN for extra charges.
Parking, beauty services and transportation are provided offsite for an extra fee.
In case of not making a change or cancellation in time and form, the amount of one night plus taxes per room to the credit card with which it was guaranteed will be charged.
We will make a pre-verification of the credit card 24 hrs before the arrival of the guest.
In case of not being approved, the reservation will be considered as "Not Guaranteed" and the Hotel will cancel the reservation and is not obliged to respect the reservation.
On reservations of more than one night, if the guest is present, the "No Show" charge will be applied only for the first night of the reservation plus taxes to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed. The rest of the stay will be canceled automatically.
