Located in Los Barriles, just a 1-hour drive north from Los Cabos International Airport, Hotel Playa del Sol overlooks the beautiful Sea of Cortez. It offers an outdoor pool with a palapa bar and stunning sea views.
The colourful rooms are air conditioned and feature views of the pool, the gardens or the ocean. All rooms have a small fridge, a ceiling fan and a private bathroom with a shower.
Los Barriles Beach is 200 metres from the hotel, and Buena Vista Beach is 3.8 km away. Cabo San Lucas is within a 90-minute drive, while the Cabo Pulmo National Park is 55 km away.
The Playa del Sol offers on-site tennis court, while charter motor boats are available from the hotel’s dock. Kayaking, hiking and horse riding are popular in the surrounding area.
As of 2026 all rooms include breakfast for adults. Breakfast for children 12 years and under are $10 (tax included) per day, paid at check-in.
Please note that none of the rooms have Wi-Fi.
