Please note that a prepayment is required to secure your reservation, in accordance with the Reservation Policies. The establishment may charge the card provided at any time after booking. The charge will have a supplement of 5% of the commission absorbed by the payment management portal that guarantees the security for the customer and the hotel. The property may charge the balance of the reservation at any time within 5 days of arrival with a 5% surcharge, which will be collected from the hotel's website. This same amount will not be refundable in the event of a cancellation. For cancellations made within 21 days, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will not be refundable. The property accepts payments with credit cards upon check-in with an extra 5% commission fee. Please note that the property advises guests to travel with cash, since the island doesn't have any banks, only has one ATM and credit card terminals often malfunction. Please note when booking 3 rooms or more or 6 or more guest, special policies apply. Tierra del Mar Hotel is located a few steps from the beach, close to the town center, where the nightlife of Holbox Island is concentrated. Loud music can be expected until midnight. Certain units have a seating area where you can relax. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. All rooms come with a private bathroom. You will find a shared lounge at the property and also a boutique where you can purchase a selection of our handcrafted products. Cancún International Airport is 175 km away. Breakfast is served directly on the beach, just one minute from the hotel.
