Casa Mazunte Tierra Viva is a small Mexican-style hotel, located just 5 minutes from Playa El Rinconcito, Punta Cometa, and the Turtle Museum. The property is surrounded by the area's mangroves and is home to squirrels, mazuntes, and different kinds of birds. The rooms are private and have a bathroom, A/C, fans, hot water, 3 WIFI channels, and parking. The property has a shared kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware, for the use of guests who book in the rooms on the second floor and private kitchens in the Bungalows on the first floor. It is centrally located, 5 minutes from a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and small shops. San Agustinillo and Zipolite are 15 minutes away by public or private transportation and surrounded by grocery stores, bakeries, and beverage outlets. There are several activities that can be enjoyed in the area, such as tours to see dolphins, turtles and whales, a nude beach, surfing, diving, snorkeling, and spectacular sunset views at Punta Cometa and Playa Mermejita.
