Each unit has a private terrace, including one with palapa. + 1 colonial style apartment complete floor of 212m2 with 2 bedrooms, outdoor living room with kitchen (electric induction cooker), terrace with open views + 2nd palapa terrace overlooking another second canal. All apartments are designed to ensure perfect air circulation and good natural illumination through large windows and bay windows. Each window has shutters or black-out curtains plus mosquito nets. Criterion for comfort and quality of equipment according to European standards. High purity copper-zinc filter water distribution, active carbon filter and UV treatment. Hot water generated by solar heat. The distribution of the rooms was designed in such a way that each apartment is independent. Infinity pool 8X3m water color blue "Cancun". Saltwater pool and filtered by UV rays, without chemicals. Large garden + shared palapa + double private dock.
We are a Swiss couple, who after many trips through Mexico settled in the charming little fishing village of Barra de Navidad. We have designed our 2 houses to offer our guests high quality aesthetic and spacious accommodation, each one with private areas. We speak 5 languages and are excited and curious to meet visitors from all over the world. We respect your privacy whilst we are available to answer all your questions and of course are present if you need any help. We are not always there, but are available through Telephone/SMS or similar, do not hesitate to knock on our door when we return home. If you want to visit us, come over to "La Tanda" a Bakery /Pastry shop that we run in parallel during the tourist season from November to April.
The property is on the canal 200 meters from the sea, shops and restaurants in a quiet area. 300 meters from the lagoon. Golf course 2 km. Surf spot 300 meters away. Pickleball 200 meters away. Yoga classes 200 meters away. Craft market 200 meters, organic market 200 meters, fishing cooperative 50 meters. Deep sea fishing or boat trips with pick-up at our dock to visit the most beautiful beaches of Costalegre and to watch whales, dolphins and turtles, depending on the season.
