Peak period policy : A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the room rate for the first night will be charged on your credit card for every room booked within 5 days prior to arrival date. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our guest experience, Hard Rock Hotel Penang will be undertaking phase 1 of our scheduled renovation works for selected rooms from 01 March 2026 until November 2026.

During the club lounge closure, credit vouchers worth RM100 nett per room per night redeemable at any F&B outlet or Rock Spa will be provided in lieu of the club lounge benefits. Hotel credits must be utilised within the stay period, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, and unused balances will not be refunded. This benefit is not applicable to Room Only rate plans.
