Luxury Beach Retreat in Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique Nestled in the exclusive Aloha Estate of Ponta Mamoli, this stunning beach holiday home offers a luxurious escape with breathtaking sea views and unparalleled comfort. Perfectly designed for relaxation and tranquillity, the house accommodates up to 12 guests in four spacious bedrooms, each beautifully decorated and featuring large en-suite bathrooms with a shower, hand basin, and toilet. Every bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, and ample cupboard space for unpacking. Wake up to magnificent ocean views from every room in the house. Two bedrooms have two single beds, while the other two feature a double bed and a bunk bed, making this home ideal for families or groups. The open-plan kitchen and lounge area is an inviting space with glass walls on either side. One side frames views of the lush bush and sunset, while the other overlooks the rim-flow swimming pool and the vast ocean. With its 180-degree sea view, the lounge feels like it’s perched right above the waves. Enjoy the comfort of a TV with DSTV, free uncapped Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen ready to cater for up to 12 people. Wine fridge, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Gas stove, Oven, 1 small chest freezer, 1 double door fridge/freezer, Blender, Juicer. Upstairs, a serene laze area awaits, offering panoramic ocean views and access to two outdoor decks. One deck is a perfect spot for yoga with six mats provided, while the other is ideal for sundowners as you soak in the incredible scenery. Outside, the home boasts a wood or charcoal braai area with a large dining table and chairs, surrounded by a lush, meticulously maintained garden. You’ll find a convenient rinse-off area behind the braai area with a freshwater shower, bathroom, and hand basins, all designed with architectural elegance.

Kindly be aware that staff are on duty until 4 pm. Guests arriving after this time will need to collect their keys from security, as staff assistance will not be available for offloading or check-in. Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach the Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate. The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT Please take note that there is a R6000 refundable breakage deposit that is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date, depending on breakage/items missing at the house. STAFF TIP There is a full-time housekeeper as well as a gardener at the house. The housekeeper cleans, makes beds, and washes dishes. A compulsory staff tip of R150 per day (including your arrival and departure days ) is to be paid to the head housekeeper on your departure date, who will distribute accordingly. If more than 6 people occupy the house, a second housekeeper is brought in, and she needs to be paid R75 a day, including the day of arrival and departure. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out by no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be kept.
