Kangela #10 is situated north of Malongane Point, 16km from the Kosi Bay/Farazela border in the pristine Kangela Estate. Travel to Ponta do Ouro along the tar road and then head north to Malongane, along a sandy well-used road, using 4 x 4. For the adventurous, Kangela can also be reached along a sandy offbeat road. Exit off the tar road to Ponta do Ouro following the Ponta Malongane signs. House #10 sleeps 12 guests: 2 x Queen bedrooms en suite 2 x Twin bedrooms en suite 1 x 4 bed “Dorm room”, separate bathroom, suitable for children and teenagers. The dorm room is fitted with an air conditioner. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, screen doors and trellidors for peace of mind. Living Area An open plan living area with a sitting room, TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes fridge and freezer space, a reverse osmosis water filter and a gas/electric stove. A small bar allows for easy entertaining and includes a fridge and a wine cooler. Outdoor Area An outdoor veranda with a built-in charcoal braai and dining style seating. The extensive deck, with additional shaded seating, provides a magnificent view. Lower Deck A small plunge pool, covered gazebo and sun loungers, perfect for windy days or sundowners. A small sunset deck between the house and the beach is ideal for a workout or soaking up the view. Laundry/Storeroom/Parking The storeroom includes a chest freezer exclusively for fish and bait plus an extra fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is sufficient parking for 3 vehicles and a boat. Facilities/Services The house is serviced by a housekeeper (R150/day) and a gardener (R75/day). Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Guests need to bring their own beach towels and charcoal. Most consumables are included and the area is sprayed regularly for mosquitos. General Please note animals, including dogs, cats etc are NOT permitted on the Estate and in any of the Kangela homes.
