Hiljuti renoveeritud apartement Casa La Aventura Guasacate - Popoyo asub Popoyos, mõne sammu kaugusel Popoyo rannast. Kohapeal on aed ja aiavaated. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on terrass, tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Peretubadel on päikeseterrass. Kõikides korterhotelli majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Kõikidel majutusruumidel on eraldi sissepääs. Igas apartemendis on voodipesu ja rätikud. Kohapealt saab jalgrattaid rentida. Augusto Cesar Sandino rahvusvaheline lennujaam jääb 97 km kaugusele.

Casa La Aventura is a new, rustic and eco-friendly guesthouse located on one of the paradisiac Tola beaches, close to some of Nicaragua's most famous surf spots. You can find this property at the entrance of Guasacate road, and the beach is two minutes away within walking distance.
Made out of wood and bamboo, all the design is inspired by our travels and personal taste.
We provide a peaceful place full of plants & craftsmanship, a very spacious fully equipped shared kitchen, and chill-out areas where you can relax and feel easily connected to Nature. We also have a wooden deck terrace where we host Salsa and Acroyoga Workshops.
Inside the property, we have six rooms. Three of them are in the Eucalipto building two single rooms and a double bedroom, this construction was built around a big Tamarindo Tree and the other three rooms are less traditional, a 1980 Dodge Van was bought as junk and turned into a room with all recycled wood, a Teepee located under a wooden deck that protects it from heavy rain and allows our guests to have a more comfortable and even glamorous camping experience and Casa Bambu, a private Bambu Cabin that has its own bathroom and outside shower.

No matter which season you come, whether you are a beginner or an experienced surfer, you will always find a good wave that fits you. The Popoyo's break is a 10-minute walk from La Aventura. You have a few beach breaks right in front and many more surf spots to explore in the area.
Come discover Guasacate enjoy long walks on the beach, dramatic sunsets, or take a trip to the natural tide pools it's a great way to spend some time out when you are not surfing. They are located on the north end of the beach just around the rock outcrop. Bring your snorkeling gear to observe seashells and other sea animals.
A few km north of Guasacate there is a unique beach called Chacocente where you can observe thousands of turtles laying their eggs in clutches.
Every day there are a few fruit and vegetable trucks that sell fresh goods. Within walking distance, you have a few restaurants, a cafe, a couple of grocery stores, surf rental shops and surf lessons, a motorcycle rental shop, yoga classes, horseback riding, and more.
WE HAVE surfboards, bodyboards, motorbikes, and bicycles for rent on site. We also get delivered Fresh free-range eggs, bread, and yogurt from locals.
