You can easily reach the city center by bike in around 15 minutes, or take bus line 83, which is about 10 minutes. If you are visiting Radboud University, Radboud Medical Center, or Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN), all are just 10 minutes away by bike. The property is also a great base during the famous Vierdaagse (The Four Day March), as it is along the walking routes, yet it also provides a peaceful retreat at the end of a full day. Nijmegen is full of history, lively cafés, shops, and cultural attractions along the river Waal. Every July, Nijmegen hosts the world-famous Vierdaagse, the International Four Days Marches. Thousands of walkers and visitors from all over the world participate in this event, and the entire city turns into a big festival with music, food, and celebration.
