Our two B&B suites are situated on a beautiful characteristic, seventy year old British Lightship. The ship is moored in the creative North of Amsterdam, just minutes from the historic city center. B&B guests have their own entrance and a massive sunny terrace at the front deck of the boat. Our two spacious B&B suites, The Upper Store and The Machinery Space, have been designed by a prize winning architect. Each suite has a comfortable king size bed, a private bathroom (with shower and bath), a minibar. There are coffee and tea making facilities. The delightful view from the deck covers the industrial city and the lighthouse of our boat.
Lightship Amsterdam’s luxury floating B&B suites, opened December 2019.
Good to know: you cannot cook in our accommodation, and, until April, a construction road must be crossed to get on the boat.
The designs and transformation from a working ship to a family home, was a conversion that took us 11 years to complete. We live aboard and welcome you for an unforgettable stay.
