The property does not have any cash. Cash payments are not accepted, and no cash is available for change. Payments for the room nights will happen via credit card 24 hours prior to arrival. Unless prepayment by the bank has been made, or if it is agreed upon differently based on corporate contracts. Guests are asked to identify themselves with a valid identification (passport or driver's license) and a valid credit card or bank prepayment. The name of the guest, the name on the identification, and the name of the credit must be identical unless agreed upon differently by the reception staff prior to arrival. In any case, the receptionists are entitled to refuse access to guests.
