Landgoed Leudal is an independent family business, not part of a chain. We work with a small staff and thus have direct contact with our guests. We do not do everything ourselves. We work together a lot with other family businesses in the area. At the reception they can tell you about the activities of our partners. Landgoed Leudal was developed in circular construction. During the development, a lot of use was made of reusable building materials, in other words 'materials with experience'. Landgoed Leudal strives for complete energy neutrality. The homes are equipped with modern heat pumps and the energy is generated with our own solar panels and heat pipes.

Landgoed Leudal is located directly on a large nature reserve, and is an ideal base for a walk or bike ride. The accommodations are characterized by Peace and Space. Landgoed Leudal has several types of accommodations: - Business Events; multi-day events with overnight stays and meeting rooms and gatherings. - Group Hotels and Group Accommodations; rental of rooms and common areas to groups - Individual rental; rental of one hotel room or one recreational home (Hotel Houses) The park is over four hectares in size. All guests have their own privacy. Business and Group Hotels are separated from the Hotel Houses. The Hotel Houses are recreational homes that have the service of a hotel. Made beds, toiletries and an option for breakfast. These can be booked directly via Booking. Reservations for business events and group hotels are tailor-made for which you must contact us in advance. The reception is open from Monday to Saturday until 8 p.m. If you arrive later, you can check in contactless after payment. Please contact reception for this. A maximum of two dogs are allowed in some homes (for a fee). Please indicate your request in advance when making your reservation. We have a selected number of Hotel Houses available for guests with pets. Pets are not allowed in the central buildings and in the Wellness garden. A Wellness garden will be accessible to individual guests from May 2025. In this communal garden, there is a lawn, a Jacuzzi and a Sauna. You must report to Reception in advance for this.

Landgoed Leudal is located directly on a beautiful nature reserve. From your accommodation you can step straight into the forest to walk, cycle, mountain bike or horseback ride. Roermond with its historic city centre is located on the river Maas. The Maasplassen offer ample opportunities for water sports and the Designer Outlet Roermond is a 10-minute drive from our estate. The famous Designer Outlet Center attracts guests from all over the world. Maastricht, Eindhoven and Mönchengladbach can be reached within 40 minutes. The Leudal is a protected nature reserve, crossed by two rivers, and a diversity of plants and animals. Here you have the chance to encounter a deer or a fox. The Leudal is located on the Pieterpad.
