The house is quietly situated with a separate entrance (barrier) as part of a small-scale recreation park with an outdoor swimming pool open only in summer, a tennis court, playgrounds, pétanque court, reception, restaurant, etc. The park is accessible via a small bridge. From there, you can also easily walk to the beach on the saltwater Grevelingenmeer lake. It's an ideal spot for those seeking peace and quiet, sun worshippers, parents with children, water sports enthusiasts, fishermen, bird watchers, hikers, and cyclists. The park borders the village of Herkingen, which has a beautiful marina and a cozy brasserie with stunning views of the water and the marina. Nearby are charming towns such as Middelharnis, Hellevoetsluis, Goedereede, and Ouddorp with its North Sea beach.
