The property has a child-friendly and sunny location in Loddefjord without through traffic. Sun from early morning to late evening and a nice view of the surrounding areas.
Walking distance to bus stop from RV. 555 and Vestkanten. About 10 -12 min driving to Bergen city centre, Haakonsvern, Sandsli and Kokstad. Great hiking opportunities in the area.

Guest access: The guest has access to the top floor of the house via the second-floor entrance. The laundry room is also on the second floor and is accessible to the guest.
