Situated between groomed slalom slopes in Geilo and cross country slopes in Ustaoset, this is a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Great ski touring opportunities right behind the property during the winter and hiking and biking trails the rest of the year. This is an apartment designed and decorated to fit in with the surrounding nature. The highest quality materials have been used, such as triple glazing windows, reinforced ceilings to reduce noise and woollen wall to wall carpets throughout the apartment. The living-room ceiling feels like being under the clouds and all the colour choices are based on the nature in the area, throughout the four seasons. You can enjoy the fantastic view over the mountains through the large windows in the living room. The kitchen is modern and kitted out with high quality wares as well as basic condiments and some foodstuffs. There is a wood burner in the living room. Alina is an outdoors enthusiast whose winter passions are skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, camping and ice swimming. The rest of the year she hikes, bikes and swims outdoors. She is qualified in fine art and interior design and has renovated and created this space on her own, paying great attention to detail. Having travelled to over seventy countries, she hopes to have collected enough experience and inspiration to be able to provide you with a cozy and comfortable, unforgettable stay. Alina is also a qualified level 2 ski instructor, and more than happy to join you on the slopes on her days off.

This area is better known for nature and outdoor pursuits. The trail to the famous landmark Hallingskarvet mountain goes right behind the apartment. The trail to Urundberget is nearby. Within twenty minutes of hiking, you’ll be treated to beautiful views of Hallingskarvet and Ustedalsfjorden. There are impressive waterfalls along the path. Just across the road, there are natural river pools. Geilo offers a range of restaurants and supermarkets, accesible either by private car, or by using the local bus which stops right outside the property.
