Bjørvika Apartments was established in 2009 with a modest two apartments for rental. Today we manage more than three hundred apartments and are still growing concurrently with the growing demand and appreciation for self-serviced apartments. We accommodate a range of different guests every week; business travellers, insurance clients and tourists on vacation to mention some. Accordingly, we emphasise the importance that our apartments are furnished to accommodate the various needs our guests may have and we think it is important that you are able to continue your daily routines while staying with us. Our apartments are located in buildings that were finalised in 2008/2009 near Teaterplassen in Oslo. These modern apartments have efficient floor planning, large windows, balconies, good ventilation and soundproofing. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a seating area, separate bedroom(s) and a bathroom with laundry machine. Accordingly, you can make your own food, rest on a couch while watching television or reading a book, or doing laundry; all within the comfort of your own apartment. Please note that all of our photos are sample photos of our apartments, which vary between our categories.

With its cafés, restaurants and pubs, Teaterplassen is a lively area both day and night, especially in the summer. A popular place is "Evita", a small café that serves newly brewed coffee, small cakes and sandwiches. Across the square you will find "Oslo Mekaniske", a cosy café/pub located within a characteristic brick building. It has a spacious outdoor area and many tables inside. If you want to find seating in this popular establishment, however, you must be early as it gets crowded after work hours. Although Oslo Mekainske does not offer food serving, they are very generous in that you can bring your own take-away as long as you buy the drinks there. If you want somewhere to enjoy a full meal, there are several restaurants to choose from. Whether you like Italian, sushi or a more fancy dinner, you should find something to enjoy at the selection of restaurants surrounding this square. If you rather enjoy making your own food, there is a supermarket located in connection to the apartment buildings. Here you can buy all your basic groceries and domestic appliances. In the neighbourhood, you will also find a selection of small shops that specialises in fruit, vegetables, spices etc

Payment is due 14 days before arrival, with our secure payment link sent via email.
Check-in and key collection takes place at Schweigaardsgate 15B, 0191 Oslo. You will receive check-in instructions via SMS text message on the day of arrival.
Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays.
If you book several apartments, please note that Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building or floor. Parking is available for an extra fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 2 metres high.
If you book an apartment for one more person than fixed beds, a fold out extra bed will be added. The rate is included in the total for guests over 6 years.
