Welcome to PederStua. Live in a classic fisherman's farm house in Lofoten, with modern solutions, and nice quiet surroundings to enjoy. Have a walk to the sea or the nearby mountain's from the house. The nature experiences start when you walk out the door, or you can enjoy the view from the windows. You live centrally in the middle of Lofoten, while having the entire property to yourself. From Pederstua it is easy to drive from place to place to explore Lofoten. When you want to relax and have a quiet time, Pederstua is a perfect place. You have a nice kitchen that's well equipped. Nice dining area and living room with fireplace and great panoramic view. 4 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom at the same floor. 2 single beds in each room that you choose to use as single or double bed. 1 Laundry room in lower floor with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, and toilet. Bed linen, towels, and basic household items are included. The house was built in 1946, so the stairs in the house can be experienced as steep by today's standards. Outside you have a garden and terrace. Outdoor furniture and equipment is available in the hut in the garden Campfire pan and fireplace for barbeque or make campfire in garden. Dry your new washed clothing in fresh Lofoten air with the outdoor drying rack. EV (Electrical Vehicle) charger free to use at parking place.
Welcome to Pederstua. The house was built by my Grandfather in 1946. He was a fisherman with his own boat, and had this small farm to be self-sufficient with meat and vegetables. wile fishing was the families main income. We hope you like the house, atmosphere, beautiful view and the surrounding's I am the 3rd generation who owns the house. We have tried to create a cozy atmosphere with a authentic fish farmers house style.
Many great hiking experiences to choose from for both young and old. Go visit museums or have a hike on the mountains or by the sea on the many beautiful beaches in Lofoten. It is a wide range of mountains to hike, both high and steep, And more easy once. Take a tour and visit all the different villages in Lofoten. Have some great food at the many restaurants in Lofoten. From Pederstua you have access to the whole of Lofoten. You can have hikes from the house or travel al of Lofoten with Pederstua as a base.
