Overlooking Sandnesfjord, with an outdoor swimming pool and a private beach area, Sørlandet Feriesenter offers self-catering accommodation 20 km from Risør. Boats can be rented on site. Sørlandet Feriesenter has studios and cottages with kitchenette cooking facilities. Each has a TV and views over the fjord. During the summer, the site has a restaurant with an à la carte menu, pizza and take-away. There is also a small grocery store. A children’s playground, beach volley and minigolf can be enjoyed on site. The swimming pools are open during summer, and pool admission can be purchased at the reception. Just 5 km away in Sild, visitors will find the Giant’s Kettle glacial rock formations. The village of Lyngør's wooden seafront houses are 15 km away.
