Hi I co-own this property with my Friend Vicky, this being the 4th property I have in Parnell Terraces we are both enjoying the short-term rental business Keeping our business mind very active. I know New Zealand well so if you're coming from overseas reach out to me if you have any questions about our great country, I'm sure I will be able to help. I own this property so I'm not a property manager that doesn't care, I do care about you having the best stay possible if you are not happy with anything let me know and I will fix it. If you are happy please write me a 10:10 excellent review, as my ranking on this site is based on reviews. 5% of the total income from this property will go towards my ecology project on the Coromandel "Making Birds in Opoutere" which is clearing weeds and getting rid of pests like Rats, Stoats and Possums. Web Site coming soon. I have been working on protecting Opoutere for the past 10 years with great Sucess, making a real difference to the bird life in Opoutere. So your stay will help me towards this goal of making Opoutere a bird sanctuary. If you have any questions about this project please drop me a message. Cheers Chris

About this space Beautiful, light, warm 3 bedroom 108 m2 apartment/Townhouse at the edge of Auckland Central city - bottom of Parnell Rise. It is bigger than central city apartments and comes with your own internal garage for your car. The space This entire 3 level townhouse will be yours to enjoy during your Auckland stay. The apartment has a 24hr access digital keypad entrance, which means you don’t need to worry about keeping to any schedules. My Hilux truck just fits in but a big SUV may be too wide but a F Pace Jaguar does squeeze in. As the downstairs bedroom entrance is past the parked car. A wide car makes it a little tricky to get to that bedroom, Small or midsize easy as, Just drop your passengers off first and then reverse in parking close to the wall which will give you room to unload your car and get past. Ground Floor Garage - 1 secure car park, photo in the listing Laundry - washing machine with powder (dryer not needed put your clothes on the rack on the top level - dry by morning - Outdoor patio area Doubler Bed with Toilet and Shower Small Wardrobe Middle level - 2nd level Kitchen, dining and living areas Dining Table, sofas, Breakfast bar This room is spacious its deeper than it is wide Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, toaster, Kettle all the usual stuff. Perfect spot for the train spotting Smart TV Top-level - 3rd level Bedroom 1: Super King Size bed can be made into two king singles, Bedroom 2: Super King Size bed can be made into Two King Singles, a Large Wardrobe Bathroom, shower over bath, toilet. Clothes Drying Racks All the beds are hotel style so very very comfy, you won’t believe how comfy they are, no expense was spared on the beds they will give you a good night's sleep.
