An elevated 135m2 urban living guest-house, in a peaceful location in Western Heights, with exceptional views and rural charms.
Perfect for families, work trips, or peaceful getaways.
Drive through the electric gate, two parking space on site.
The guest house is at the back of the main house totally separated with it's own private entrance.
The guesthouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A super king size bed in the master en-suite, with your own walk in wardrobe and your own bathroom.
Two queen size beds in the other two bedrooms with another complete bathroom.
All three beds come with luxury pillow-top mattress and all the linens are high quality and guaranteed to be clean to ensure you a good night sleep.
Two beautifully tiled bathroom with showers and all amenities - body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc.
Kitchen with all usual cookware. Fitted out with cook top, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils.
There is a work desk and chair, and also a commercial printer if required.
Very beautiful outdoor activity area out of the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful garden views and start your nice day here.
