We are a family of 4 members. All of us are very pleased to meet with new persons from over the world; so that we can exchange living and traveling experience. Our property is full of fresh air and green color from garden around the house.

You’ll love Mini Homestay due to it’s super COMFORTABLE.
Its location is central to everything: only 12 mins drive to Auckland Airport, 3 mins walk to bus stop to get Air bus going directly to Airport, 15 mins walk to Puhinui Train Station. Within 2 kms, you can easily find stores of all NZ popular shopping/trading brands.
Mini Homestay gives you a very comfortable feeling with new/spacious kitchen, large separated dining room, and huge outdoor dining/coffee area. Especially, the property has 3 big modern bathrooms. Parking is also very convenient, we offer free parking either in our backyard or in front of the house.
We welcome all genuine guests and we reserve the rights to cancel any dishonest bookings which provide false credit card details/contact details or host can't contact guests after many attempts.
Host reserves the rights to collect a compensation amount when guests damage/lose our assets or make an excessive uncleanliness.
Please note: 3.5% surcharge is applied for payments by credit cards. A fee is applied for using heater. No laundry service is provided at the property.

From Auckland airport, guests can reach Mini Homestay super easily and conveniently by either:
- Guests' Car: drive only 12 minutes. We offer free parking in backyard or in front of the house.
- Uber: reasonable and reliable price.
- Air Bus: cost cheap and take 25 minutes directly from our homestay to Auckland Airport.
Our area is safe with nice neighbours. Our location is super convenient for travelling. We are close to Auckland airport so noise from airplane could be heard. When you travel by car, it is very quick to access into motor way. When you need a train, only walk 15 minutes to Puhinui train station. When you need a bus, only 3 minutes walk to bus station.
