Your contemporary, private room is situated within our family home offering a bespoke experience and comfortable stay for our guests wishing to make the most of the venue and location. With a separate entrance via the courtyard, you will have your own space making you feel right at home.
Your generous-sized bedroom rivals those of top hotels in the area, featuring a super-king bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, 40” Smart TV, heat pump, air-conditioning and fit with a small kitchenette stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, spreads and cereals.
The sunny but private courtyard is a haven from the hustle and bustle offering plenty of space and seating where you can unwind, relax and make use of the Webber BBQ.
We can tailor at the request of the guest to add an additional single trundler bed or crib, making it ideal for small families. This space is perfect for a short romantic getaway, extended holidays or respite for business travellers.
We are accommodating to special requests; including supporting special occasions or early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability). Let us know how we can make your stay extra special.

Our tranquil cul-de-sac location is just a stone's throw from the Waitemata Golf Course and a five-minute walk to the picturesque Narrow Neck Beach, offering stunning views of Rangitoto Island. The immediate area has plenty to offer, with a dairy (convenience store), eateries, gym, boat/yacht clubs, and the Officer’s Mess wedding venue all within a short stroll.
Devonport's historic seaside village is just a five-minute drive or bus ride away, where you can explore its many scenic attractions like walking Takarunga / Mount Victoria or discover boutique shopping, cozy cafes, and restaurants.
Take a short ferry ride from Devonport’s ferry terminal to Auckland city or plan a day trip to the surrounding islands like Waiheke and Rangitoto. Takapuna is a 10-minute drive north featuring more shops, bars, restaurants, parks and beaches.
