Family-Friendly, Babes-in-arms and children are welcome. We provide one highchair and portacot (bring your own linen). Note: TOP SINGLE BUNK BEDS ARE FOR CHILDREN ONLY.
Ample Parking, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Features a slow cooker, fondue set, large electric oven, five-ring gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Indulge with a wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Entertainment and Relaxation, enjoy flat screen TVs, Wifi, and a fire pit during the open fire season. Linen and bath towels provided. A utility room offers washing machine, dryer and ski boot dryer. Relax with outdoor furniture around the firepit and portable chairs for the balcony or verandah.

For Bridgitt Barclay and Andy Edwards, the Ruapehu district holds a special place in their hearts. Bridgitt grew up in nearby Raetihi, with the majestic mountain as her backdrop. Her mother's tearooms famously showcased pastry delights from Johnny Nation's Chocolate Eclair Shop, and her brother celebrated his wedding at the historic Chateau Tongariro.
Now, Bridgitt and Andy are thrilled to take over The Bavarian Chalet, eager to continue its success. For Bridgitt, it's a heartfelt return home, and they look forward to sharing this beautiful retreat with you.
