The fairways is located in the stunning subdivision of Ocean Ridge. It boarders the Kaikoura golf course and is surrounded by natural native bush and farm land. Numerous walking tracks and mountain bike tracks start or pass through the subdivision on out into the rugged wilderness or shores of the ocean close by. There are so many activities to enjoy within the local area from visits to the seal colonies, whale watch, swim with the dolphins, walks biking, Kayaking and so much more. Just make sure you allow enough time to take in all that Kaikoura has to offer. The Fairways is a great base for launching day trips to Hamner ( 1.5 hrs) and Mount Lyford (45 minutes) and places north to Blenheim or Picton (1 .5 - 2 hrs).
