This stunning Villa is brand new, opened in 2022 in a very strategic location in Nizwa just approximately 15 minutes away from the main city centre. It is an ideal place for families and groups of multiple guests. The Villa is equipped with high standard facilities including a sitting room with advanced kitchen attached overlooking the peaceful swimming pool.
Two bed rooms all coming with 5 stars mattresses and furniture.
A Majils (can be utilized as another bedroom), outside two shaded sitting areas with relaxing chairs, BBQ area and a garden. The whole building villa area is 1700 sq feet. You will be having an entire plot of around 8000 square feet.
There is also another room (Majlis) in which it can be used as additional bedroom.
Two satellite TVs are available with international channels.
There are three baths with toilets inside in the whole property.
A high standard swimming pool is available with another small one for kids with Jacuzzi.
Free WiFI available.
Free parking is available inside, with CCTV system installed for the outside boundaries and a beautiful garden.
Welcoming host. There is a porter staying just outside the Villa who is available to help guests settling down and to sort out any issues.
This is a very quiet area just outside the main city centre, easy access to all spot sites in the city, close to lots of malls, restaurants and shops. It is easy to get in and out of the villa as it is on a main road.
