Just a perfect location, very safe with so many things around such as fine restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, beautiful oceanfront parks, biking paths, fine restaurants, and coffee shops. All are within walking distance. Jogging, and biking paths 1-minute walk from the building.
