Open for short or long term rental.Located beside SM City Uptown, it takes less than 2 min walk to the mall. This condo is 2 min walk to laundry, just few steps to 7/11,restaurants,walking distance to SM grocery,church,public transportation and best of all, you’ll get the basement parking for free.Kitchenware and utensils, microwave,oven toaster,hot shower,towels,cable and internet,1st bedroom with aircon,2nd bedroom uses fan.Floor mattress for the 5th guest. Pets not allowed. Smoking not allowed
We are a family of five and we love to travel and discover new places. We have this condo in CDO and another island home in Siargao for us to stay when we visit the Philippines while we are renting it out when we don’t use it. We are Airbnb user as well and our goal is to provide our guests the best experience they can have at a reasonable cost.
This condo is conveniently located beside SM Uptown mall and grocery. There is a laundry shop and 7/11 just few steps out, about 5 min walk to the church,about 3 min walk to the bars and restaurants
