Casa Devino is located in a Low-rise (Four-levels only) complex. With the community park right across the street, members can enjoy walking and playing or sitting and enjoying the joys and comforts of our staycation condo instead of listening to busy traffic and lots of people. You will notice that our cleaning fee might be higher than the market average and let me explain why. I want your visit to be very clean and comfortable. Casa Devino is not a budget stay. It's an enjoyable stay and I want the unit clean and fresh for each of my guests. I don't cut corners on quality and you will see that when you stay at our condo. You will have real beds to sleep 10 pax, linen, and pillows as well. You will have towels for 10 pax as well. Dishware and table seating to accommodate more than 10 pax. We also have water treatment system for the kitchen faucet so don't worry about bringing bottled water. The kitchen is complete so you can make your family's favorite meals. All you need to bring to Casa Devino are those close to your heart, some food, and a change of clothes. Enjoy your stay!!

Hi my wife and I fell in Love with Tagaytay when we were dating many years ago. We currently live in the Bicol region and when a family event brought us back to Tagaytay in mid-2023, we fell back in love with the location and decided to make it our second home. What's also nice is that we brought some artisan workmanship from Bicol to our second home in Tagaytay. The bed upstairs was handcrafted here in Bicol. The floating shelves you will see are not your department store brand and are handcrafted as well. The Dining table, bunk beds, bar table, and outside balcony table were designed by us and built by our talented neighbor. We believe in investing back into out community and we wanted to do the same with Casa Devino. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay and make it feel like a 5 star staycation. I am a pensioner and my Asawa and I like to travel. We love dogs. I am a Professional Aerospace Engineer and my wife was a Senior Manager at a big bank in Makati. The unit is located in a quiet, private subdivision. The unit is part of a low-rise condo complex that faces a big garden area. When we purchased the unit we knew our family and our guests would enjoy walks around the garden. We you book with us, we will be asking for your car type/color/ lic. plate/ driver's name and total pax in car to allow you to gain access into the subdivision. With this great security that only those who should be in the neighborhood are allowed in, you can rest assured that you will feel at peace to feel secured at our location.
