The house is accessible to the market of Babak and Penaplata. And it is also accessible to the beach resorts in the Island. If you need a place to stay while roaming around and enjoying a day tour to all the resorts, if would cost you a lot cheaper.
I am a Filipino who is now living in Japan. My house in the Philippines is a newly built one with 3 rooms. Each room has bathroom inside for you to have a satisfying stay.
The house is 5 minutes walk to the Babak- Kaputian road which made it accessible to all means of transportation in the Island. The City hall and public market are close to the area so is the convenience store. Since the means transportation is accessible, you can easily go to the place(s) you want to visit in the island.
