Everyone is required to properly wear face masks and face shield, especially when outside their homes. Non-compliance shall be penalized in accordance with existing and applicable local ordinances. 8. In using the elevator, please maintain good elevator etiquette. Our elevators can only accommodate up to four (4) passengers at a time in compliance with the safety protocols of the IATF. 9. Units can only accommodate a limited number of guests at a time. For Kasa Bae, only 2-3 persons are allowed. 10. Any concerns with regards to your host’s unit must be directed to the unit owner or authorized representative. 11. A valid ID of the primary guest must be deposited at the Security Entrance. 12. Please observe proper decorum when in the common areas and using the amenities.
