Daanlungsod Elementary School of Oslob is just over the road. During School days Monday to Friday at 7 am school kids sing our National Anthem. Residents, cars, tricycle and buses stop to respect our flag while the National Anthem is sang. There's a convenient store over the road, slightly right of the gate. that sells cold beers, soft drinks, rice, vegetables, fruits, meat, eggs and some tin foods etc. It is 5 minutes walk to Down South restaurant and 3 minutes walk to Lafella restaurant. When you get out from gate turn left. La fella restaurant is on your right near the laundromat. If walking farther there another restaurant on your right. Just across the road on the right right is the Down South Restaurant. Tricycle bay is less than a minute walk from the accommodation. 15 minutes walk to the Oslob town, 7 Eleven, Barbecue Stalls, Shops, Restaurants and Public Market or 3 minutes by the tricycle. Tricycle fare is Php20.00, 20 minutes walk to Cuartel Park, Oslob museum and Old Historic Spanish Church. 10 -15 minutes drive to Whalesharks Encounter, Tumalog Falls and Sumilon Island Port (mainland).
