The property is located at Unit 4764, 47th Floor of Air Residences Condominium. The building stands beside Assembly Grounds Mall/The Rise and back of Makati Post Office along Malugay Street. Guests will enjoy the great view of the city lights at night and a homey feel. Reception Area is open 24/7 thus Guests have a flexible check in time. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it is very accessible to a supermarket, banks and ATMs. For coffee lovers, there's Starbucks, Pick up Coffee and Candid Coffee plus a 7/11 at the corner. Amenities include a business lounge on the 8th floor where guests can comfortably sit and relax or bring their laptop to work. There is also an Adult Pool and Kiddie pool where guests can enjoy swimming for a minimal fee of P150 per pax during ordinary days and P300 per pax during holidays. Pool vouchers can be purchased at Admin Office during office hours 9am-6pm Mon-Fri and 9am-12nn on Saturdays. Reserving Guests are requested to provide an ID in advance needed to process the Guest Authorization Permit. Guest's information are treated confidentially and will be used for the purpose of securing a permit only which is required during check in.

The environment is generally safe and peaceful, with great ambiance too. Exploring the neighboring places like parks and big malls is not a problem as transportation is very accessible. You can reach The Circuit Ayala Mall in a few minutes riding the local tricycle at P40 fare. Big malls like Glorietta, Greenbelt and Landmark are about 5 minutes ride by taxi or P100 or less fare. Shopwise and Waltermart are one jeepney ride away. Mall of Asia and other tourist destination in Manila can be reached approximately in 20 to 30 minutes travel, more or less.
