It's the first, affordable, one and only unique apartments in La Granja, has easy access to go to the city centre. Few minutes walk to the national road. Near to Barangay hall, stores/market, behind public plaza and surrounded by churches. We do have a laundry service too beyond that we have a cafe that has everything you need plus breakfast included on rates or just simply a comfortable room to rest, we try to cater lunch and dinner also but not guaranteed for now.
