The area is perfect for travelers wanting to experience authentic Gilgit life. Popular attractions such as the Kargah Buddha, Gilgit River, and day trips to Hunza Valley & Astore Valley are easily accessible plus good base point for Fairy Meadows. It’s a great base for trekking and exploring the Karakoram, Himalayas & Hindu Kush range.
