The Spa Experience zone at the Sheraton Spa is only available to people over 18 years of age.
Spa treatments are intended for people over 16 years of age. People aged 16-18 can only use selected treatments.
Children under 13 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
Children can use the swimming pool from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.
In accordance with the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, the Sheraton Sopot Hotel is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of a minor and their relationship to the adult with whom they are staying on the premises.
Arrival with a pet is subject to an additional fee of PLN 120 per day.
For reservations made on behalf of someone else, please contact the property directly to arrange billing.
The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in.
A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in. Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under 18 years of age are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests who require an invoice are kindly requested to contact the property prior to arrival and provide their VAT number.
