Our mission: We want to offer our clients much more than accommodation, we want to take care of them like family, making them enjoy the property as if it were their own and creating memories for a lifetime.  Beach front apartment on a 4th floor with balcony.  1 bedroom | 1 bathroom, 1 parking.  Room 1 – 1 sofa bed and 1 bunk beds (2 beds)  Living room: Sofa bed  Recreational areas include adults and kids pool, basketball and tennis courts, playground and more.  This Apartment has a minimalist space, it is calming, attractive and has what you need without the excess space and clutter.  Next to the Apartment there are other similar apartments, which is very important to keep noise levels low. Please DO NOT play loud music as it will easily disturb guests in the surrounding apartments. There should be NO noise after 10:00 PM.  If you are having some type of celebration and need a house where you can have parties, listen to music, or make a lot of noise, this is not the house for you.  Air conditioning in the room.  The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, plates, cups, glasses.  The apartment is equipped with bath towels.  For beach lovers, we have beach towels, an umbrella, chairs, and a cooler.  High speed WIFI.  Complimentary washer and dryer with detergent.  Guests agree to keep the facilities in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken during their stay.  You can only smoke outside. This is a family apartment that our parents left to us. We are 3 young siblings who grew up on these beaches and we would like everyone to enjoy them the same. Welcome!

The apartment is close to everything. Just 10 minutes away there is El Yunque National Reserve where you can find the best rivers in Puerto Rico. While 5 minutes away is La Monserrate Balneario just next to the Kioskos where you will taste more than 50 options of Puerto Rican gastronomy and can find a variety of artisanal souvenirs. At the same time, just 20 minutes away is the boat tour or charter to go to Culebra and visit the best beach in Puerto Rico, Flamenco. You can also walk to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants in less than 7 minutes.
