Although this hidden gem may feel distant, it is in close proximity to other must-see sites and cities. SELVA is less than an hour away from San Juan, and about 20 minute drive to the beaches of Luquillo/Fajardo as well as the Ceiba airport and ferry terminal - which makes it the perfect location to stay before heading or returning from the island of Vieques or Culebra. Supermarkets and pharmacies are only minutes away. The very popular Kiosks of Luquillo (typical Puerto Rican cuisine by the beach) features freshly caught fish and delicious dining experience by the water. For the nature-seeking adventurers, there are multitudes of “charcos” and waterfalls to explore and of course El Yunque National Rainforest. The bio bay in Fajardo (one of only five bio bays in the world) is only 20 minutes away.
