We have at your disposal a loft chalet in close proximity to the beach. The property has a main house beside the chalet; there is a recreational space around it, with access to the pool, terrace, solarium, garden, barbecue and parking. We welcome a maximum of 4 guests in our loft chalet, offering two sleeping areas (one double and two single beds), complete WC, fully equipped kitchen, dining/workspace, central heating, smart TV, WiFi and wine cellar. There is an outside toilet serving the cottage and pool area. Just enjoy, - Use of the chalet in total privacy, with free parking and a great beach just around the corner. - An exemplary sanitised space, with 90 degrees washed towels and sheets. Bedsheets and towels are changed every week during your stay. Pool towels can also be made available for your use (one per guest). - Airport transfer or tour services may be requested. - External laundry services may be requested (5àsec). - In the wine cellar, any brand or type of premium wine on display can be consumed for a flat fee; Drink in moderation, please! - Silence? Just the sounds coming from chirping birds and sea surfing. - Surfers can wash and store your surfboards and wetsuits.

The house is located within walking distance from the São Pedro beach, or five minutes drive from Carcavelos beach. Guests will use the fully independent "Pool House", terrace, solarium and barbecue and share the swimming pool, garden, and parking way with the owners. The pool has its own dedicated toilets. All accesses have solar led panels lighting the garden, terrace, swimming pool and solarium. Use may the all the areas (including pool) day or night! Our main guests are: - Families with children, beach lovers and surf addicts are very, very happy here. - Business people trying to have an exciting alternative for a dull hotel room, love our house. - Loving couples looking for a quite place close to the lively Estoril Cascais beaches. - Any people looking for a beach place with absolutely no noise and lots of green all around. - Visitors of students at the Carcavelos University. - Anybody pretending to lstay in a safe and quite place with easy access to the centre of Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra. - All those who fancy a pool swim in front of their vacation house. There is a supermarket within walking distance. Estoril and Cascais centers are located at a five minutes drive by car, TAXI or UBER. You also may use the train. Central Lisbon is just 20 Km / 25 minutes away. The premises are served by both UBER & BOLT.
