Intendente is the center of Lisbon culture, both historical and avant-garde. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to live in a beautifully conserved Portuguese building from 1865, in the heart of it all with all the confort.
Less than 2 minutes walking distance to all the major tube lines and tram routes. Everything you could possibly want is just around the corner (supermarkets, shops, restaurants).
Since the 1st of january 2020 there is no breakfast available.
Bank holidays and sunday there is no cleanning service avaialable.

The closest metro Station is "Intendente" (green line). Then take "Rua dos Anjos" exit and then "Largo do Intendente".
Ask then for "Largo do Intendente" and when you arrive there, ask for "Travessa do Maldonado". Travessa do Maldonado it´s the one in front of Joana´s Cafe if you have the cafe at your back. Also you can ask for a car repair shop that is in Travessa do Maldonado.
