With a view of the sea, the holiday apartment "Mare Nostrum" in Olhão is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 98 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The main bedroom is an ensuite. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. Beach/pool towels are provided. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The holiday apartment also has a shared indoor pool that is heated for you to enjoy and is open all year round. A parking space is available in a garage. Pets and smoking inside are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior and an elevator. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site. Please respect quiet hours from 11 pm until 7 am. Please note that there are construction works nearby the property, during weekdays from 9-5 pm there might be some noises related to them. The expected completion date of the construction works is planned for summer 2024. One of the bedrooms has a Murphy bed. The bedding of the second room can be arranged according to the guests' preference: 2 single beds or one double bed. Please contact the host in advance.
