Apartment located in the Marina Village Complex, close to the new Olhão marina and the fish and veg market. Very comfortable and with all necessary equipment for a wonderful stay. On the top floor there is as swimming pool where you can relax after a great day discovering the wonders of the Algarve.
The apartment has two rooms: 1 room in suite, with double-bed (equipped with TV, hair dryer and a clothes iron) and also a single bed and 1 room with a double bed. The apartment has 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is totally equipped with an american style fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven and clothes washing machine. The living room has a large TV, with a sleeper-sofa and a dining table. It has access to a large varanda, with a table and a small garden with aromatic plants such as jasmine and lemon verbena. The appartment has fast internet (measurements of 465MBps) and a TV service with 140 channels.
I am an agronomist and I am working in Coimbra. I love traveling, photography, hiking in nature and getting to know new cultures, gastronomy, places and people.
I love the Algarve because it is a dynamic region, with activities taking place throughout the year: during autumn / winter I like to go hiking in the Algarve mountains; in the spring to see the almond trees bloom and take walks in the Ria Formosa; In summer I like to go to the beach and enjoy dining out in one of the many restaurants in Olhão or going out to be with friends.
Near the apartment there are a Lidl and Continente supermarkets (approximately a 5 minute drive-away). Close-by (10 minute walk-away) there is the fish and veg market, which has fresh local produce on a daily basis (except on sundays). The centre of the town is a 10 minute walk-away with plenty of restaurants for everyone's taste (traditionally fish and seafood are the specialties), as well as, some local shops.
Public transport services in the Algarve is limited, so the car is the easiest option to reach Olhão and also the easiest option to explore the Algarve. There are parking spaces in front of the apartment.
