Our traditional 300 years old Quinta opens the door of these recently renewed outstanding apartments, surrounded by private outdoor areas with beautiful blooming flower gardens. The Quinta faces South towards the harbour, so the view provides the perfect scenario for a relaxing holidays. The apartments are spaceful and well equiped, all with private bathrooms and kitchens/kitchenette. We have also finished building a swimming pool for all year round use. In our Quinta you will find a large variety of biological products: vegetables, tea herbs and different fruits from Madeira, all of which are grown for our guests to pick up and consume freely; daily eggs from our chickens are provided as requested. The Quinta is 3000 square meters, so make sure to check all 3 apartments before choosing.

I'm 29 years old, and currently I´m working in Algarve as a general practitioner resident. My parents Abel and Teresa live in the property and are in charge of welcoming our guests. They are very friendly and easy to communicate with, making sure our guests expectations are met.

Just 100 meters away, there are small stores with all you may need during your holidays. One of the best bakeries in the city is there and will provide you delicious cakes, coffee and unique bread. A take away restaurant will make your life easier after a long day exploring Madeira. There is also a pharmacy and a minimarket with all the essentials. The Botanical Garden is close to the Quinta, about 10min away (walking). Bus stop and airport airbus stop 2 min away. The neighborhood is calm and friendly, there are no big store apartments or large buildings, and there is even a church just around the corner, which many decades ago used to belong to the Quinta.
