Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, Redondo Chalets offers country-style chalets, villas and apartments with a balcony or patio. There is an outdoor pool, fitness centre, sun terrace and BBQ facilities. All accommodation types have a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven and fridge. Each has air conditioning, separate dining and seating area, a TV and a private bathroom. Beakfast is available daily using fresh local produce. The bar and snack bar serves refreshments and snacks throughout the day. Several shops, restaurants and cafés are located in the historic city of Tomar, a 12-minute drive away by car. Local activities include hiking, horse riding, canoeing and cycling. The resort offers free bicycle hire and free private parking. Lisbon International Airport is a 1.5-hour drive away. My husband Gijs and I arrived in central Portugal some fifteen years ago to run this business and now I happily continue with what we started along with the help of a great team of friendly, committed local people and of course my little Portuguese dogs. I split my time between here in Portugal( mostly) and my family in friends in Surrey, UK. My own interests are road trips to involve some hiking within Spain, Portugal North Africa and further afield in Europe. There is also a great of culture, heritage and nature to still explore here on my doorstep in Portugal !
